Students will gain hands-on experience in nonprofit arts marketing, live event production, audience development, and media relations, building a portfolio of tangible results they can take into any creative career. Beyond the skills, interns get to attend live professional theater productions, work in a welcoming LGBTQ+ friendly environment, and become part of a creative community rooted in inclusive storytelling. TWE is located in historic downtown Sanford, Florida, and has welcomed over 100,000 guests since opening in 2018 — giving interns real stakes and a real audience for their work.
